Instead of deflecting concerns or offering surface-level responses, she takes the time to understand issues and acts on them. What stands out most is her leadership presence. Carly brings structure, accountability, and follow-through—qualities that make a noticeable impact on day-to-day operations and member experience. She sets clear expectations and handles situations with professionalism and confidence. Overall, Carly creates a sense of trust and stability that members can feel. Knowing someone like her is involved gives confidence that concerns won’t be ignored and that the gym is moving in the right direction under capable leadership.

called to ask about the gym’s offerings listed on their website while looking for a gym home while traveling in and out city for work and Brittany provided exceptional service. She took the time to clearly explain the day pass options and membership options for if I was to move here. She shared more helpful information about nearby hotels that offer gym access for when weather maybe to bad for me to get out. I really appreciated her professionalism and attention to detail it helped narrowing my gym options. Never had such experienced and professionalism just calling for information. Molly, Raj, and Grace are absolutely amazing. They’re incredibly friendly, welcoming, and just great people to be around. Their positive energy really makes the whole experience stand out. And don’t even get me started on the amenities — everything is top-notch and exceeded my expectations. You can tell there’s real care and attention put into making this a great environment.

Absolutely phenomenal experience! My partner and I visited this gym a couple of weeks ago, and it exceeded all expectations. While the pricing is on the higher side, it’s completely worth it—you truly get exceptional value. Brittany at the front desk was outstanding! She was incredibly warm, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable about every amenity. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. This gym is a must-visit for both tourists and locals alike. A huge thank you to Brittany and the entire team for such an unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to return from Spain in 2027 and fully enjoy everything this amazing gym has to offer!

One gym has it all! For anyone interested in health and fitness, TMPL Hells Kitchen is the spot. I like to keep my workouts fresh, and it was great to find the variety of equipment. I’ve been a member of several gyms over the years, but I can confidently say that TMPL Gym is currently in the best shape I’ve seen it in years. There is a noticeable shift in energy, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere that makes coming here the highlight of my day. The "Blaise" Difference The biggest game-changer has been the new management team led by Blaise. It’s rare to see a management team so visible and genuinely invested in the member experience. Blaise has brought a level of professionalism and attention to detail that was previously missing. Whether it's the seamless check-in process or the way the staff proactively engages with members, the leadership's influence is everywhere.

Brittany at the front desk is absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel welcome with her positive energy and professionalism. She’s always helpful, quick to answer questions, and goes out of her way to make sure members have a great experience. You can tell she truly cares about the gym and the people who come in every day. Brittany is a huge part of what makes TMPL such a great place to work out — the front desk wouldn’t be the same without her!

As a former area manager of a highly reputable gym, I hold very high standards when it comes to leadership, operations, and overall member experience and TMPL exceeds them on every level. From management to front-line staff, the professionalism and care are exceptional. Every employee I interacted with Britt, Angela, Sage, and Neiko was knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely invested in creating a positive experience. All of my questions were answered transparently, and the recent facility upkeep is absolutely immaculate. The newest General Manager also deserves special recognition. His leadership is both visible and impactful , attentive, confident, and deeply engaged with both staff and members. His energy clearly sets the tone for the entire team, and it shows in the consistency, culture, and elevated standards throughout the club. Although I am now back in the UK and no longer able to visit, I truly miss TMPL. The warmth of the sauna, the stunning saltwater pool, and the overall atmosphere are unmatched. TMPL is the gold standard of what a modern gym should be: inclusive, welcoming, immaculately maintained, and exceptionally well-managed. I only wish more gyms operated at this level.

Favorite gym I’ve ever been to hands down. I feel so good there! I really think it’s helped me be more consistent about going. It’s a “cool gym” but the energy is very much that people are there to WORK (before going to relax post workouts in the spa of course- I love the dry sauna and ice baths). I also love the people there! The staff and trainers are super welcoming and helpful- Sam the fitness manager is fantastic and is always giving tips on how to make an exercise work better for me. I can’t recommend this gym enough. 12/10

This is an amazing gym. It is well equipped with multiples of the equipment so you don’t need to wait long for anything. The salt water pool is rare and wonderful to have in the city. The gym is clean and doesn’t smell like a gym ☺️. More than all that, all the people that work there are warm and friendly.
